Run as part of great team in the road race relays. All events are free to enter for our club members

Just turn up with your Club vest (or short or long sleeved tees which can be ordered on our club kit page) and run! The club will pay for your entry if you are a fully paid up member.

    “A” teams are for the fast, competitive runners. “B” teams can include those who may also compete in the A teams (depending on criteria), for those who are less competitive, and those who want to experience these relays, perhaps for the first time. If there is enough interest, we can also put out “C” teams. Events like this get our running club on the map! For the men it’s a qualifier for the National Relays two weeks later.

    Teams: 3 to score Men 35 -39, Men 40 – 49, 50 – 59, 60 -69, 70 + (medals for 1st, 2nd and 3rd teams) Women 35 – 44, 45 – 54, 55+ (medals for 1st, 2nd and 3rd teams) There is an “all to count*” competition included which means everyone who competes counts towards the team score, so we want as many people out as possible, regardless of current fitness level. * Shields for the ‘All to Count’ teams in each team age category. A minimum of 5 runners is needed to qualify in all teams.
