We cater for all abilities, so if you are new you won't get left behind. The groups are based on pace. Our slower group will go out for 30-60 minutes at a 10 min mile pace. We usally have two middle groups that goes out around an 8 or 9 minutes mile pace, and a fast group which is sub 7 minute miles. It is important that you can run at a pace above walking for 20 minutes without stopping. The groups will always stop at regular intervals so you will never get left behind.
Anything between 3 miles to 10 miles. The distance is often decided amongst the group members themselves depending on what activites and races are coming up or have just passed.. Members often change groups depending how they feel.
